The Kansas City Chiefs are re-signing linebacker Drue Tranquill to a three-year, $19 million contract with $13 million guaranteed, according to multiple media reports on Thursday night.Tranquill, 28, signed as a free agent with the Chiefs and played in 16 regular-season games with eight starts, and all four playoff games (one start) as Kansas City captured its second consecutive Super Bowl championship.He made 78 tackles, including seven tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks and two forced fumbles in the regular season.
