The Kansas City Chiefs re-signed linebacker Jack Cochrane to a one-year contract on Friday.The restricted free agent agreed to the $3.263 million offer tendered by the team last month.Cochrane, 26, appeared in 15 regular-season games last season, mostly on special teams.
